Dr. Steinberg has over thirty years of experience as a hospital administrator and health care consultant nationally. His expertise is in determining if the hospital should be in the case. Often, the case analysis only looks at the clinical actions and does not look at the hospital's responsibility in the matter. Dr. Steinberg will evaluate if the hospital complied with JCAHO standards and their own policies. He will determine if the proper policies were in place as required. He will perform an analysis of their physician credentialing procedures and help determine if the physicians involved had the required experience and training.
